Welcome to https://rapidscope.pro (the "Site") and the RapidScope Pro application (the "App"). RapidScope Pro is a product of WorkWonders.ai ("WorkWonders," "we," "us," or "our"). We understand that privacy is important to users of our Site and App, especially when that use involves confidential business data, job site information, and client records. This policy governs how we collect, use, store, and protect information from users who visit the Site ("Visitors") and users who create an account and use the App ("Authorized Users").

Personally Identifiable Information

"Personally Identifiable Information" refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person, including but not limited to name, company name, email address, phone number, billing information, and account credentials. It does not include anonymized or aggregated information that cannot be connected to an identified individual.

What Information We Collect

From all Visitors: Basic usage data including pages visited, browser type, and IP address.

From Authorized Users: When you create an account and use RapidScope Pro, we collect:

  • Name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing information
  • Account credentials (email and password)
  • Job and project data you enter or upload, including voice transcripts, typed field notes, photos, floor plan images, and DocuSketch files
  • Property addresses submitted for project processing
  • Generated outputs stored in your account, including scopes of work, Range of Magnitude estimates, critical path timelines, and homeowner communications
  • Usage data, including features accessed, projects created, and session activity

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the RapidScope Pro application
  • Process and generate scope outputs, ROM estimates, and project documentation from the data you submit
  • Conduct automated property research (such as year built, structure type, and jurisdiction) when a property address is provided, for the purpose of identifying applicable compliance requirements
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, product updates, and support requests
  • Send product-related communications, which you may opt out of at any time
  • Improve AI model performance and output quality through aggregated, non-identifiable usage patterns
  • Comply with legal obligations

AI Processing

RapidScope Pro uses large language model (LLM) technology to process your input and generate structured outputs. Data you submit — including transcripts, notes, and photos — is processed by the AI model to produce your requested scope, estimate, and project documents.

Your data is never used to train AI models. Job data, transcripts, field notes, photos, and any other content you submit to RapidScope Pro are used solely to generate your requested outputs. We do not use your data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or any third party's. Your job information stays yours.

Job and Project Data

Field data you enter into RapidScope Pro — including transcripts, notes, photos, and floor plans — is your data. We store it to provide the service and to allow you to access your project history. We do not sell, share, or disclose your job data to third parties except as described in this policy (service providers and legal obligations).

Customer-facing reports generated by RapidScope Pro are designed to omit internal cost and markup data. Internal financial data is accessible only to the account holder and authorized team members within the account.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors to operate the platform, including hosting providers, payment processors, and AI model providers. These vendors may have access to Personally Identifiable Information only as needed to perform their services on our behalf. They are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose. We do not control how third-party providers handle data within their own systems, but we require them to maintain appropriate data protections.

Third-party integrations you connect to RapidScope Pro — such as DocuSketch, Xcelerate, or other platforms — are governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of integrated third-party platforms.

Cookies and Usage Data

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site and App, maintain your login session, and analyze usage patterns. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may affect the functionality of the App.

We also collect login and session data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and session duration to analyze trends and maintain platform security.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in an enterprise-grade, SOC 2 Type 2 compliant database infrastructure built on PostgreSQL and hosted on AWS. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS. The database enforces row-level security, meaning each user's data is isolated at the database layer — not just the application layer. Access to Personally Identifiable Information is limited to authorized personnel who require it to operate and support the platform.

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. While we take data security seriously, we cannot guarantee against unauthorized access, and we will not be liable to users for such events. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and project history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data. Some residual data may be retained in backup systems for a limited period consistent with our standard backup practices.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access the Personally Identifiable Information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of marketing communications
