Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RapidScope Pro application and website located at https://rapidscope.pro (collectively, the "Service"), operated by WorkWonders.ai ("WorkWonders," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

Definitions

Service — The RapidScope Pro web application, website, and any related features, tools, or integrations provided by WorkWonders.

User (or You) — The individual or business entity that accesses or uses the Service.

Account — A registered user account that provides access to the Service.

Content — Any data, text, files, transcripts, photos, floor plans, or other materials you submit to the Service.

Generated Outputs — Scopes of work, Range of Magnitude estimates, critical path timelines, homeowner communications, and any other documents produced by the Service based on your Content.

Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide complete and accurate information when registering and to keep your account information current.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and must not share or transfer access to others outside your authorized team. If you become aware of unauthorized access or any breach of security, notify us immediately at hello@workwonders.ai.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate applicable to your selected plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Beta participants accessing the Service prior to commercial launch are not charged during the designated beta period. Beta access may be subject to separate terms communicated at the time of onboarding.

If payment fails, we may suspend access to your account until the outstanding balance is resolved.

Beta Program

If you are participating in RapidScope Pro's beta program, you acknowledge that:

  • The Service is in active development and may contain errors, bugs, or incomplete features
  • Features, outputs, and functionality may change without notice during the beta period
  • Beta access is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes
  • Feedback you provide during the beta period may be used to improve the Service without compensation to you
  • Beta access does not guarantee continued access, specific features, or any particular pricing upon commercial launch

AI-Generated Outputs — Important Disclaimer

RapidScope Pro uses artificial intelligence to generate scopes of work, Range of Magnitude estimates, critical path timelines, and other project documents. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All Generated Outputs are AI-assisted and require professional review before use. They are intended as starting points and working tools, not final deliverables to be used without verification.
  • ROM estimates are directional planning tools, not final estimates. They provide a range of magnitude based on inputs you provide and built-in benchmarks. Actual job costs may vary materially.
  • Generated scopes reference IICRC standards and applicable regulations, but do not constitute a guarantee of compliance. It is your responsibility to verify that all work performed meets applicable standards, codes, and regulations for your jurisdiction.
  • Output quality depends on input quality. Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing field data will produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs. Review all Generated Outputs against your actual field observations before use.
  • RapidScope Pro outputs are not a substitute for professional judgment. Qualified restoration professionals are responsible for all estimates, scopes, and project decisions made using the Service.

WorkWonders is not liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Generated Outputs, or for any decisions made in reliance on them.

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all Content you submit to the Service. By submitting Content, you grant WorkWonders a limited license to process and store that Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your Content is never used to train AI models. We do not use your job data, transcripts, field notes, photos, or any other submitted Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or any third party's.

You are responsible for ensuring that any Content you submit does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party. You represent that you have the right to submit all Content you provide to the Service.

Upon account termination, you may request export of your data prior to deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes consistent with its intended function. You may not:

  • Use the Service to generate fraudulent insurance claims, false documentation, or any output intended to deceive
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or resell any portion of the Service
  • Share your account credentials or provide unauthorized third parties with access to the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, database, or network associated with the Service
  • Upload Content that contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any User we determine is violating these provisions, with or without notice.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Service — including the software, application architecture, AI logic, brand, trademarks, and all content created by WorkWonders — is and remains the exclusive property of WorkWonders and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or license of intellectual property from WorkWonders to you.

Generated Outputs produced from your Content are provided for your business use. WorkWonders does not claim ownership of your Generated Outputs.

RapidScope Pro™ and WorkWonders.ai™ are trademarks of WorkWonders. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Service integrates with or connects to third-party platforms, including but not limited to DocuSketch, Xcelerate, and Plaud. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. WorkWonders is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

Links or connections to third-party platforms within the Service do not constitute an endorsement of those platforms.

Service Availability and Interruptions

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or improvements. When planned maintenance is expected to cause significant downtime, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

The Service may also be unavailable due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, network outages, or force majeure events.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. WorkWonders does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any Generated Output will meet your specific requirements or be suitable for any particular purpose.

Your use of the Service and reliance on any Generated Output is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkWonders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any Generated Output, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall WorkWonders's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to WorkWonders in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorkWonders and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at hello@workwonders.ai.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Buncombe County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Site and, where appropriate, by email. Changes take effect no sooner than 30 days after notice, except where required by law. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
